Edra Solar Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1057995-U) (“ESSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Edra Power Holdings Sdn Bhd, intends to dispose of its entire equity interest in Tadau Energy Sdn Bhd (“Proposed Disposal”).

ESSB now wishes to invite interested parties to submit expressions of interest to purchase the Sale Shares. All expressions of interest to purchase the Sale Shares must be submitted to the following:

by no later than 12.00pm on 4 June 2020. Any late submissions will not be entertained.
For avoidance of doubt, this notice does not in any way constitute an offer for sale of the Sale Shares by ESSB, nor an offer for subscription or purchase of any other securities in the Company. ESSB reserves the right, exercisable at its absolute discretion, to reject any expressions of interest or offers to purchase the Sale Shares and ESSB shall have no liability whatsoever to any person in respect thereof.
